Theoretically speaking, stem cells can be turned into any cell, but would it be practical? By enlarging or modifying the bone structure I mean, for example, a weak receding chin turn into a projecting strong square chin. Or potentially modifying the length of limbs for height increase. Even turning a large low bridge convex nose in to a tall straight proportioned nose. I'm really speaking of the future when I talk about this. Stem cells comes off to me as revolutionary in cosmetics.
