Out of State Gastric Bypass Near Tampa, Florida. I Will Be There For Three Months, Will That Be Okay?

I'm finishing school May 10th, and heading out to Florida May 15th.Recently my family and I have discussed WLS for me. I am 22, with aBMI of about 45. Is it realistic to believe that I might be able to have gastric in Florida? I can stay there for about 3 months if nessesary.My insurance does not require a pre op diet. I could also schedule some postop appointments locally (Illinois). Doing the surgery in Florida would benefit me greatly as I have family there able to assist in my recovery.
