Started Having Acne Breakouts a After Being off Accutane for a Year and a Half. What is the Best Treatment to Try? (photo)

I am a 25 year female who has been treating my acne since I was a teenager. I started Accutane treatments two years ago and was on it for 6 months. I have now been off it for a year and a half with no breakouts until now. I have attempted to use over the counter products however like in the past my acne can be very difficult to treat and only antibiotics clear my skin. My acne is still only minimal but will get worse. Any suggestions will help. My skin was so beautiful now it seems to be coming back.
