Can Any PS Put in Permalip?

Permalip is a permanent lip implant use for lip enhancement. It's a surgical procedure that requires creating an appropriate tunnel within the lip and insert the Permalip implant in the proper location. Most of the time it's performed under local block or light sedation. Make sure you find a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience and expertise with this surgical procedure.
