Any Recommended Doctor Offering Fraxel Repair in St. Louis, MO?

I would like to have Fraxel re:pair done. I would like to know an estimate on cost, and a physician who does this procedure and could be recommended. I am 45 yrs. old, my skin is starting to sag somewhat and I have some wrinkling.

I do use dermal fillers but think the Fraxel re:pair would improve the overall quality of my face. Thanks for any suggestions.
