Is It Beneficial to Use Red Light LED Therapy After a Facial Fat Grafting?

I currently use a hand held red light led device 3 times/week and have seen a real change for the better in my skin. I'm having a facial fat grafting in a few weeks and am curious to know if it's safe to use after the procedure, if it will speed healing, Increase collagen production, and improve the percentage of fat that survives.
