Can Squeezing Cause Saline Implant Rupture? Generally speaking, NO! but if you vigourously do that 10,000 times with an exosting implant crease, I would have to revise my response.

It would take a very powerful force to rupture your implants. Not that the implants are considered lifetime devices, but they are made to last and are quite durable. You would most likely damage your own breast tissue before your implants would be hurt.

If a saline implant ruptures, the implant deflates within a day or weeks. Usually, the shape and size of your breast will change, but when the saline starts to leak it will automatically absorb in your body causing no harm. You will need to get the silicone shell removed through surgery, at that time if desired you can get a replacement implant.
