I have 2 dark spots on my nose gotten from wearing glasses. If I stop wearing glasses will they go away? Are they permanent? How do I get rid of them?

Avoid glasses if you can, creams, and laser treatments
Mechanical skin irritation could lead to skin hyperpigmentation. It is good to treat the cause first.however this might not reverse the process. I would use first some lightening creams followed by laser treatment for hyperpigmentation that will persist.
