Can I Use Spf 50 on an Everyday Basis?

hi i actually have sunscreen that im using right now its utrasheer pure mild sunscreen spf50(by neutrogena) it says it has zinc oxide and titanium dioxide i thought it would be fine to use because i have sensitive skin but im wondering if i can use it on my everyday basis?i usually use it on my face everyday but i kinda think its spf5...Isn't too high to use for everyday basis?I really love this product:( but the spf is too high and i dont know if it would be okay to use on everyday basis
