I am 21. I have EXTREME dark circles. Here's some information about me I'm half black. I have allergies EVERY DAY in which my nose is constantly runny. I'm a vegetarian(I take Vitamin B complex) They are hereditary, but hardly visible on my family. It is very difficult for me to go to sleep and stay asleep. What can I do to treat my dark circles? What kind of specialist should I go to? Any and all advice or suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!
