1.73m, 61 kg, very small frame. competitive bikini fitness athlete. My body fat is currently 16% . When I do a lean out faze for muscle separation, body fat drops to 13% and on prep for comp,11%. I am to start a lean out phase now for 6 weeks but am hesitant to do so in case it would be detrimental to surgery or recovery. seeing my PS on 2nd Sept with surgery possibly end Sept. Should I stay at my current body fat % or would a lower percentage not be an issue?

It is difficult to be too specific without pictures. However, the choice between smooth round and textured anatomic is very clear. Smooth round wins hands down.Textured implants show more ripples. Anatomic implants are more firm. If they rotate, you get a very funny look....
Rippling can occur with both silicone and saline implants especially more so in women with very little breast tissue. If it bothers you speak with your plastic surgeon regarding some options.
