What Sort of Treatment is the Best for a Crooked Smile with Dental/facial Discrepancy? (photo)
Same as Tom Cruise, Im having a stressful time looking at my face, with an uneven smile. I have researched and came up with invisalign, but would this help? or is a jaw surgery necessary? I already have done braces a couple of years ago, and I remember my dentist saying nothing about my symmetrical balance (nose and teeth alignment).

Looks like your teeth are pretty straight, and that your main problem is that your dental midline does not match up with your facial midline. Invisalign would NOT be able to correct this, however standard orthodontics might. Seek a consultation with an experienced orthodontist.
