What Sort of Acne Scar Treatment is Appropriate for Me?

I am left with a lot of scars from past acne as can be seen in the pictures. Scar treatments I have already tried that didn't work well for me are Skin Needling (with 2 mm medical roller, 4 sets of treatments spaced 1 month apart) and Intense Pulsed Light Laser (was supposedly going to help with the redness).Would TCA Cross be beneficial for my ice pick scars ? What about dermal grafting for rolling scars ? Or are the scars too small?
