I keep hearing about these sores people get on their face a year or 2 after having Fraxel. What are they? What causes them?

Your skin condition is not necessary caused by the Fraxel Laser.
Your skin condition is not necessary caused by the Fraxel Laser. It may be coincidental that you started breaking out right after the Fraxel Laser Treatment. It could be acne, cosmetics, a skin allergies or other causes. Go see a good dermatologist.
