Variable eyelid creases

It is very normal for your creases to vary from day to day. It is a feature that makes you unique. Now if you don't like it , it is possible to surgically create a dominant crease and this is referred to the double eyelid surgery. This should give you a single crease that will be present always. Sometimes I Have Double Eyelids...

You are not alone. Many people have asymmetries in their lid creases and variability in their creases. This may become more apparent with the aging process. There are several techniques to create a definitive crease. Surgery may be the best option for you to avoid inconsistencies in your eyelid creases.

Double eyelid transient nature

This can happen and I see it all the time. As you age your fold might get more solid with some of the fat being lost with age. Double eyelid surgery can help you correct this and make it so that it is more permanent and consistent.

Asian blepharoplasty

It's part of what makes you an individual. It's not uncommon for Asian to have variable eyelid folds (supratarsal creases). If it bothers you, surgery is an option to create more permanent creases.
