Solutions to Deep Eye Undereye Creases and Puffiness from Sculptra?

Are there any solutions for restoring deeply creased, loose-skinned, and puffy under eye area after Sculptra? The nodules have decreased a bit over the year, but the thin eye area is now so badly altered from the visible nodules.

Remove the nodules

For the same reason that Sculptra shows through in the lower lids, the skin is very thin. Sculptra can often be easily removed by a tiny incision over the nodule. Sculptra Esthetic which is the FDA approved product for cosmetic use has not been approved for use in the lids or lips.

Sculptra nodule prevention and treatment

Prevention would be preferable to minimize risk of Sculptra nodules in the first place, i.e. extensive massaging 5 minutes each time, 5x/day for at least 5 days; avoidance of injecting Sculptra above the orbital rim. Subcision, intralesional Kenalog injection, and actual surgical removals are possible remediative steps that can be taken.
