Soft Lump Inside Left Nostril? (photo)

Hello I woke up this morning with a soft bump inside my nostril, very close to the bridge of the nose. It is not painful in anyway but when I feel it with my finger feels like there is water inside of it. I think is growing a little but not much. I have my appointment with the ENT but is at the end of the week and this got me little worried. Is it bad? What can it be? How should it be removed? What complications can I have?
