Best Solution for Smoothing out Dimpling After Liposuction?

I am a spinning instructor, exercise frequently and have very muscular thighs. I have had Liposuction twice (once 20 years ago & 4 years ago).

My problem is really the cellulite which liposuction does not resolve. I believe it actually made the skin more uneven. What I am looking for is smoothing out the dimpling. What would be the best solution for accomplishing this? Thank you!

Lipo is not a cure for cellulite

As liposuction is not a cure for cellulite, you are probably not a candidate to undergo more surgery. Velashape or Endermologie may be a good maintenance therapy.

Correction of Cellulite.

There are no definitive methods of correcting cellulite. Probably the most widely accepted modality is Endermologie. Results require multiple sessions and encourages large amounts of fluid intake. Other emerging technologies which are not as popular include radiofrequency treamtents such as the Velasmooth or Alma Accent devices.
