What is the Cheapest Way to Have Smooth Legs?

If someone has bumps or scars on their legs. How do they clear all that without paying for so much? What is the easiest treatment?

What people say are bumps and scars do not always prove to be bumps and scars once I have had the chance to evaluate them in person. Before doing anything, you may want to consult a dermatologist first. Scars no real cheap treatment. Bumps Depends

 The scars would be difficult to treat unless they were prominent. Bumps might be treted with something like Am-Lacin which will lead to smoother skin. This is an alpha hydroxy acid and is inexpensive.

Honestly, there is nothing

The cheapest treatment is to do nothing.  Since there isn't any treatment that will give you smooth legs from ones with bumps and scars, it would be wise to save all your money and do nothing.  Sorry!
