Why Don't I Have a Smooth Cheek Contour After Filler?

I'm 42 and have been having filler injections over the past 2 years. I started with the tear duct area and the results were great. From there I had injections in the cheeks as my face was definitely deflated (thank you stress!). Anyway, although a improvement what I notice is that a)I don't have a nice round smooth cheek like I see in all the after pictures and b)under strong lightening like I can see where areas were filled. Juvederm was used. Doctor is highly rated.
