Wrinkles After Enerpeel Due to Smoking?

I Am a Smoker and I Had an Enerpeel, In Now Have Fat Loss Can This Be Reversed.? I was not told anything about smoking while having the enerpeel. At only 25 years old I just went in to correct acne scars and I now look about 30. It has been 4 months since I had the peel and I have given up smoking after reading about enerpeel causing wrinkles to form if you smoke. Is this now going to be permanent will my face always look sallow or now I have stopped smoking will my skin rejuvenate?,
