Face Feels Stiff and Unnatural After Facial Plastic Surgery

Will I ever get my smile and facial expressions back? I had surgery six months ago (eyes, nose, chin and lipo on cheeks) and I do not have the same smile or facial expressions. Will I ever get my smile and face expressions back? When I smile it does not look like a genuine smile. I had the most beautiful smile before. I was always getting compliments. Now I refuse anyone with a camera around me cause I don't look natural, in fact I look bloated all the time. My face is stiff and feels weird sometimes. Why is that?

Desireable and undesireable changes following cosmetic surgery

Knowing this, why are you already considering revision surgery as indicated in your other question? In general your face will take 6-9 months for the scar tissue to soften and mature. However, without knowing exactly what you had done, I am sure that you underwent surgery to look different and hopefully better. Therefore some of the changes will likely be permanent.
