Which between Smartxide Dot Therapy and Laser Genesis will give me better results? I am 39 with severe sun damage, wrinkles, uneven texture, and have very fair, sensitive skin.

Im about to get an ACTIVE FX procedure for my acne scars, Im 25, and my dermatologist said that i would need 2 session in order to get rid of them, my question is the following. Would this 2 sessions help me to pospone my wrinkles in the future?? thank you for answering!! I have fair skin by the way
