SmartXide DOT Therapy at 40% Vs. 60%?

I am going to have SmartXide DOT therapy skin resurfacing performed. My doctor is performing my procedure at a 40% level. I have read that 60% gives better results, along with a longer recovery period. Except for the longer recovery, are there any substantial contraindications for the 60% procedure?
