I'm in my mid-40s looking into skin tightening and have consuted with different doctors. One recommended Smartskin Co2 treatment -- she said I could do multiple sessions so as not to have downtime. Another doctor recommended one Pixel treatment -- with about week of downtime. Is there a significant difference of depth or effectiveness between these treatments? Would it be worth it to go for the Pixel or can three Smartskin sessions be just as effective? Thanks!
