i just had smartlipo on my flanks yesterday. the procedure went by smoothly but i was told to expect leakage. but its the 2nd night and i have not experienced any leaking, is this normal? will the fluids drain naturally, if so, how?

Leakage may not occur much for some patients after liposuction

The amount of drainage after liposuction, of any type, including smart liposuction, is different from patient to patient. Some do not drain much and others do. Often there is none the day after the surgery, and sometimes it lasts for a couple of days.
