Is Smart Lipo FDA approved?  Are there any limitations to how Smart Lipo can be used?

A: Yes Laser lipolysis devices are approved by FDA

As stated below in the comment section the Smarl lipo is approved as are multiple other forms of laser lipolysis such as slim lipo which I believe is the most recent form of laser lipolysis to be approved by the FDA

Yes. The FDA approved SmartLipo in November 2006. SmartLipo has been performed in Europe for several years and underwent testing in the United States for over a year before the FDA approved it.
