Recovering from Smart Lipo on Upper Arms

I had Smart Lipo on my upper arms 3 days ago. I have some questions on my recovery so far. I am 26 years old and I am healthy.

My upper arm is still numb on the bottom and there is some redness on one arm. I feel like I have heated pads on my arms although I do not. Also, when I move my arm, I feel like something is being pulled from the inside only like a "rope of skin". Are these symptoms normal for someone who has undergone Smart Lipo?
