Smart Lipo for Tightening Skin?

I have had 3 children and now I’m back at my ideal weight of 130lbs. I am fit and toned apart from the loose skin on my lower abdomen. I have been looking into Smart Lipo and have found out that the laser part can help with the loose skin.

However, I don't need to any fat sucked out of me (sounds lovely, doesn't it?). So, my question is, is it possible to have just the laser and not the lipo part?
