Numbness Due to Compression Garment After Smart Lipo

I had Smart Lipo 2 days ago in my thigh area and one of my legs is numb (like a pins and needles). Is this normal? I think it's from my compression garment being too tight. If I don't wear it, would that affect the results from the Smart Lipo?
