Massaging Smart Lipo Neck Bumps with Arnica Gel

I had smart lipo in the neck area 11 days ago. I had relatively little fat to remove, but there was some and also the neck skin was flabby. It is much more contoured now. However, I still have bumps that I am massaging with Arnica gel. Will my neck ever be smooth again?
