Lump, Swelling, and Seroma After Smart Lipo

I had Smart Lipo on my inner thighs and abdomen, and went back for my follow-up on September 2008. I told the doctor how unhappy I was with my upper abdomen. He agreed, and re-did it in March. He was a lot rougher the second time.

A week later, I noticed a hard lump from my upper abdomen to my belly button and the swelling is unreal. I tried massaging it, but it made it so much worse. I went back, and he said it was injured fat. I went to my family doctor and she ordered an ultrasound. Then she wanted a CT scan done. I got the results last week, and she said it was fluid. It has been 2 months and I can't describe how sore my stomach is. I still can't have anything touching it. It seems like it's getting worse.

What do I need to do to correct the problem?
