Lumpy, Fatty Skin After Smart Lipo

I had Smart Lipo done on my lower outerthigh but since I had a raspberry scar that never healed from softball, I was left with a lumpy, fatty skin.

It has been 1 month since surgery and the lump is still there. There is a little numbing feeling there but not much. The laser scars are also bluish purple and I have small blood vessels in areas of my leg I never had before. Is this normal? Will they go away?
