Is Lump from Smart Lipo Permanent?

I had Smart Lipo on my lower abdomen 2 months ago and in the last week I have a large bulge on the left side of my abdomen that is a bit tender to touch but for the most part not painful. I still have swelling but is this swelling or is this lump going to be here for good? What can I do to make it go away or be less visible?
