I am very interested in using Smart Lipo for my arms. I have always hated my arms and even when I lose weight my arms are always the last part of my body where I lose weight and I have a small frame. I do have 30lbs to lose, but I would still like to do this now. I do not have excess skin, my arms are very firm so my concern is this -- once I have the smart lipo done and the fat is removed, will I then just have saggy skin?
