How Long Until I Can Exercise After Smart Lipo?

I had smart lipo done last week, how soon before i can truly excercise? I am getting concerned that it is going to take a lot longer then i expected before i can truly exercise. I still am sore and my skin underneath is very hard. every website i found said people went back to work in two days and i find it hard just to sit up. it was a very agressive 4800cc procedure. i am a little worried. did i make a mistake?

Exercising after Smart Lipo

We tell our patients that they can start working their way back into their exercise routing after a week. Don’t jump into your old routine right away, remember work your way back to it. You are not alone, everyone is a little sore and swollen after the procedure – just takes a little time.
