Normal Energy Setting for Smart Lipo?

I had smart lipo done on my chest. After surgery was over with, and i took off the foam on my chest, i had a HORRIBLE burn/gaping hole under my right breast, with a tunnel going up into my right breast. It was green/yellow.

This all happened in december and i got my records in the mail today. It said that the energy settings for the Smart Lipo were at 22,000 joules. I'm wondering if this is a normal amount? if anyone knows, please let me know
