Draining Problem After Smart Lipo?

I had Smart Lipo on my inner and outer thighs a week ago. I am draining (bright yellow discharge) out of one hole. Not a lot of drainage, but enough to change a bandage 1x a day. Do you think this is an issue? It has been a week. The incision looks healthy, it isn't red or anything. Do you think this is a problem?
