Smart Lipo Blisters

I recently had Smart Lipo 2 weeks ago due to the fact that I had traditional lipo almost 2 years ago and wanted to correct some uneven spots. Once I had the procedure done, I developed a few blisters on my inner thighs and noticed a large hard bump on my inner thigh (probably scar tissue). I have an appointment tomorrow (2 week follow up) and will ask my doctor about this, but I wanted to get another opinion to see if this bump will go away over time, or will it be permanent? If it's permanent, what can I do to get rid of it? Shoul I try another procedure? I know from my previous lipo, the doctor left some ridges which for the most part was smoothed out in this procedure. Also, he took out about 500 cc.. how many pounds is this equal too? And when should I start to see the skin tightening results from the procedure?

Smartlipo

500 cc's is about a pound of tissue. The firmness in one thigh may be some swelling of tissue that may resolve over time. The blistering is hard to evaluate without examining you, it could be from the heat component of the Smartlipo. Skin contracture from the Smartlipo is not overwhelming to me. But, in general, liposuction usually causes some skin contraction and it is seen after the swelling subsides.
