How Long Before Smart Lipo Results Show Up?

I had Smart Lipo on my back, flanks, and under and above my bra line 5 days ago. When I have taken my garment off most of those areas don't look much different than before the surgery. Does this take time to see the results and does the garment help to flatten the skin?
