What to Expect from Smart Lipo for Abs?

I'm seriously considering SmartLipo on my upper and lower abs. I have had 2 children, ages 3 and 1. I didn't get stretch marks and I don't have much loose skin. What I do have is a small roll above my belly button that kinda makes my belly button look like it collapes or "frowns." I do have some fat on the upper and lower abs, but at 5'3, 135lbs it is not awful. A scar from a tummy tuck is not attractive to me. What can I expect from Smart Lipo? What are reasonable expectations? Thanks.
