Anesthesia for Smart Lipo

I'm ready to schedule Smart Lipo of the abdomen but I'm not sure if I should get local pain medication or sedation.

Either anesthesia or sedation is fine

If the patient is anxious I will give them some oral sedation and some Vicodan. If the patient is not anxious, it is almost always well-handled with just local anesthesia.
