Small Mark Above Lip Line That Really Bothers Me...

I have already asked about this mark but wanted to rephrase the question, the original link is here: http://www.realself.com/question/small-brown-spot-upper-lipline-bothers, the one big mark is light brown and right above my lip line, the others are not so obvious and don't bother me nearly as much. They have been there for quite some time and a dermatoligist told me my lip curls up slightly and catches a lot of sun. What laser would be most effective to remove these brown spots/lesions. IPL?
