Small Hole on my Nose - Can It Be Removed ?

hi, I was picking at black heads on my nose and it left a hole in the skin. I want to know can anything be done, like close it. It appears as a brown spot when looking in the mirror and close up the pit is quite noticeable. I feel like a real idiot picking at my nose and would really love to get rid of it. I got some laser treatment done which helped a bit but its still there. Is there anything on the market today than can fix it ?
