I'm 26, 5'3, 175, and I'd like to lose about 25-30 lbs before surgery. My breasts have been around the same size (ranging from 36L-38M depending on my weight) since I was around 20. I'd love to be around a C/D cup, but is that even possible from my current size? I really want my breasts to be as perky as possible, and I'd like to maintain nipple sensation, but what would be the best method for an attractive breast that will stay at least somewhat perky?
