Small Bump on Side of Nose After Rhinoplasty?

I have gotten rhinoplasty a little over a year ago. When I first got my cast off, my nose perfectly smooth. Then, two weeks later I noticed a small bump on my nose. About a month after, the bump vanished and went away because I massaged it daily. Now, one year later, my bump reappeared and has become bigger. If seems like a small piece of bone has been left. What are my possibilities of it going away? And what are the risk of getting it done locally at a doctor?

Bump on nose after rhinoplasty

This appears to be scarring at the bony-cartilagenous junction. You may need a subsequent procedure to rasp down this area.

Small bump

This is likely a cartilage bump and it can be reduced through a closed approach under IV sedation anesthesia
