Would You Recommend Sliding Genioplasty or Jaw Surgery? (photo)

Hi. I'm considering sliding genioplasty or lower jaw advancement surgery. In the pictures I've posted one is my current bite and jaw position and the other is my "desired" jaw position (I'm jutting my lower jaw out). I'm wondering if a sliding genioplasty would suffice to achieve what I desire or if I'll need orthagnathic surgery. My bite is fine. I have straight teeth, I don't really have an overbite, and they come together well. All input is appreciated, thank you.
