i had a rhinoplasty about six months ago, is it possible for me to perform activities such as skydiving and scuba diving? as well is there anything i shouldn't be doing after having a nose job? thanks.

Usually a low bridge and bulbous tip go hand in hand. What you're describing is a Ethnic rhinoplasty. The bridge is typically augmented with cartilage or other implant material. The bulbous tip is refined by defatting and placement of tip cartilage grafts.

You should ask your Rhinoplasty Surgeon but IMO, this would be ill advised. Steam will increase the heat in the nasal tissues which increases the blood supply risking bleeding and swelling.
