What Can I Do About my Skinny Legs?
Hi there. What can I do about my skinny legs? They are so abnormally thin. I can not wear any trousers without putting two pairs on. I always feel as if people are looking at them and I won't even leave my home some times? Can you help? Is there any procedure that will add volume to my legs?

Yes there are procedures but it is difficult to achieve uniform enhancement throughout the leg. Calf implants have been used for the leg but they do have a higher rate of complications due to the minimal tissue coverage there and are not a very popular option. Your best option is likel to consult with a personal trainer ot "bulk" up the legs along with a nutritionist to assure adequate protein intake during this process.
