Is Skin Type Hyreditary? in This Case What Shall I Do?

I m 22years old girl,i dont smoke nor drink and i have a loose skin(wrinkles over my neck. i dont know i feel like i m 40or 50 years old!)But i noticed 2years ago that my uncle has the same type of skin and he told me that he showed wrinkles in early age ,still women s body system is not like men s one.That means if i become in his age 40years old,i will look much older,that s what i fear now.plz help me!what steps should i follow? is it a matter of food,sport,drinking water,i really dont know?
